Bad experience, There was no grease in the garage door had to wait 5 weeks for their technician to replace the garage door. The springs started making sounds due to poor tension in the springs. After the technician left the garage door does not close smoothly, it makes a violent bouncing motion when opening and closing. I attempted to amend the situation by giving them a chance to fix the problem, however they refused to correct their mistakes and said they would charge a service fee even though it was their mistake.
