I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Everyone is so nice and they really care about their customers!
The worst company. I called a week in advance and was scheduled for delivery. On the day of delivery, I called to reconfirm and was told 100% that my oil was coming. I went to work and came home at 7:30 PM to find my tank completely empty during a week of below-freezing temperatures. After finally reaching the on-call service, they only delivered 5 gallons of oil because the original truck never showed up. On top of that, I was charged $219 for a service call despite the fact that they failed to deliver on the promised date.... read more
