Austin is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent service. I had an urgent rodent situation uncovered one night during the holidays and came by the next morning to address it.
We used Austin with Eco Friends at our Norwalk house over the summer and now at our new house in Newtown. He is super responsive, ridiculously knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Seriously one of the nicest people in a customer service position that you will ever meet. Highly recommended!
