Our 40X60X12 shop stayed at or below 85 degrees through the Texas summer by just opening the doors in the morning. We may install an A/C unit and/or ceiling fans for next summer, but really don't need to. I expect that the shop will stay comfortable through the winter as well. I will use ECOFOAM for future projects. We have 1 inch on walls and 2 inches on roof of closed cell foam on a steel building.
