I was going to give a 4-star review because the scheduler told us a time of appointment, not a 2-hour window of time. We called again when he was 1/2 hour late to see if he was still coming. They still did not give us the window of time, but said he was on his way. Jose was great, so I didn’t want a 4-star rating to reflect on him.
