The rapid response to get a technician out to our home was great. Same day service is worthy of 4 or 5 stars but, the conclusion -"you have blockage in the outflow line" (which I already knew from Honey Bucket Co.) did not seem to be worthy of $295.00 bill. I agree the "camera inspection" probably showed more than just saying you can't push a hose more than 10 feet down the line is "new information, but again, not worth the charge of $295.00.
