Have had some water issues with an upstairs balcony causing damage. Company haven’t even attended site to investigate but have responded it’s not there problem and throw blame at others. Basically saying they will not warranty their work.
From the first time we dropped into their office for some general questions, through all the build decisions and construction, Eco Essence were professional, always responsive & friendly, delivering a top quality, beautifully designed new home for our family. They have a fantastic team across all areas of the business and we would highly recommend them.
We have designed and built our house with Eco-Essence. We couldn’t be happier with our home and the build experience. I had a terrible experience with this company, they are not at all what they claim to be. After 20 months and 100k wasted, I elected to cut my losses and terminate my involvement with this company. Stay well away.
