Really disappointed after how great my first experience was. The initial job was handled quickly and professionally, but this time around they missed an appointment without notice and after finally coming out for a quote, they’ve gone completely silent. It’s been over a week with no response to calls or emails. Seems like reliability has gone downhill.
I used Eco Electric to wire up my hot tub. Jacob was right on time for both the estimate and the installation. He did an excellent job, the work is very tidy and was done exactly the way I asked. The cost was very reasonable and almost $1000 less than another estimate I received. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up when he was finished. I will definitely use Eco Electric in the future if I need more electrical work done at my house. Highly recommended!! Thanks again!
Eco did a good job and was accommodating during a service upgrade from an old pushmatic to a modern 200 amp panel. They got the work done in a timely manner, fairly priced, and were open and amiable to many questions. I would recommend them and consider using their services again.
Communication was excellent prior to estimate appt but negligible after. No written estimate provided or timeline offered for project completion. Failed to respond to several inquiries/messages .. disappointed in customer service response
