Great Experience ! I found this business thru the Chinnook Book . Dry cleaning can be so bad (chemically speaking) for the environment. It's nice to know that they use an earth friendly process to clean clothes. PROS: Earth Friendly CONS: Building was a little hard to locate.

True Green The woman suggesting that this cleaner is not green is misinformed. It seems there are a lot of people (or perhaps the same person under different aliases?) posting comments about this in an effort to discredit GreenEarth, which is too bad since they have always been transparent and open with respect to the scientific and regulatory information about silicone and the way that they use it in their dry cleaning process. Not so good I haven't had any good experiences to report at this business since I began going here a year ago. The only reason I ever went here in the first place was because it was close to my home. They've lost my clothing, returned my cloth wrinkled and with stains remaining and have never seemed concerned with my continued unhappiness.

Dry Cleaning Station is not green! The Canadian government published a preliminary assessment last month proposing a ban on three silicon-based chemicals including D5, the main ingredient in GreenEarth solvent. The assessment identified octoamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6) silicones and a phenol derivative as meeting toxicity criteria sufficient to require elimination under Canadian law.

Please don't lose your clothes here! I requested a pickup of some drycleaning online. No one came to pick up my drycleaning on the requested date, so I requested pickup a second time. Several days later, on September 22nd, I received a phone call at 9:42AM. It was the drycleaners, verifying our address. They had the street number wrong. They were just down the street from us, so they showed up at our house shortly thereafter and took two men's sport coats (brand new) from our house. The coats were never returned to us. Fine Dry Cleaner! – I have used Eco Cleaners for several years now both professionally and personally. I much appreciate the pick up and delivery service -- Ken is the best! With the professional laundry, there were some particulars in how things were done which the cleaners adjusted to and do a fine job about. With my personal laundry, they do fine work. I appreciate it when they point out something needing attention, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this cleaners to any of my friends or colleagues! Keep up the good w... read more

Lost my clothing, now they won't return my calls! – Wow, where to begin. I used Eco a couple of times without issue, and the third time they lost two expensive work shirts. I called them regarding it, and the first lady I spoke to said they were delivered on a specific date, and I asked her to look into it and call me back. She never did.
