Very responsive in setting appointments and return calling. Comfortable waiting room. The staff is personable and professional. My regular dentist sent me to Dr Harry He for deep Periodontal cleaning due to gum issues. The doctor and assistant did a great job of not causing much pain. We all know how uncomfortable it can sometimes be, but they did an amazing job. With repeats visits for follow-ups, I knew exactly what to expect and everything they did were wonderful. Kind, patient and curtious. Dr. Harry and his team are doing great things, with a central location just inside people's plaza it also makes it convenient when visiting
I had an emergency visit! I walked in, I was not a current patient and they took care of me right away. Even right before lunch. The dr could have made me wait to be seen but saw I was suffering and helped me right away! Everyone I encountered was kind, understanding, and professional! I felt like a person, not just a number! Appointment for 8am. In and out by 8:36am. Staff very kind, professional, and clean. Haven't been to the dentist in years and fear dentist even as an adult, dentist was attentive and fast, no pain. Great experience.
