Great service from EC to fix my frozen HVAC unit: Foreman Coty and Mark were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the 3-hour job - which included walking up 5 floors (elevator kaput!) to my condo unit and carrying a 10-Ft. ladder. Cody explained the problem and resolution, and the experience couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend Eco and will use them for HVAC care going forward
We were in a pickle, large AC unit wasn't getting power, myself and the owner of the restaurant up on the roof trying to figure it out. Steve and Tyler were working at a different place, but in eye shot of where we were. We hollered and asked if they had a second to take a peek at it, and in a few minutes they climbed up with us and started diagnosing.
