The Eco-Cleanology did a fantastic job cleaning the house and helping with non-cleaning tasks on my airbnb rental house. I wasn't able to be there so they sent pictures of before and after and they returned the furniture to its rightful place and communicated clearly with me throughout to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. Really a great experience and I will be using them again.
I think the communication is big problem here. Whoever pick up the phone kept repeating herself and the customers can hardly express themselves.
I’ve used a few cleaning services in the past and have never been satisfied 100%. I started using ecocleanology 5 months ago and can truly say this is the best company hands dawn. Every person they’ve sent to my house has been very thorough and professional but Dawn is the best!!
