I couldn't recommend these guys more! They showed up quickly, worked very well and left the place completely clean. Theu took care of my possessions, were always friendly polite and curtious. They dealt with the insurance company for me. Most of all, they always went the extra mile for me and my family, truly showing aloha. I couldn't be more thankful for Eco-Clean, who helped me through my biggest mistake and biggest disaster of my life.

Very professional. Great at explaining the process and answering questions. Very prompt responses to emails and text for questions. Excellent work and cleanup for the mitigation of water damage and mold in my unit. Friendly staff who arrived on time and completed work in a very timely manner. Highly recommend them.

We've used Eco Clean twice now for two different properties- mold issues, and both times we've been thoroughly impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and patience. Alex was straightforward yet reassuring throughout the process, and both Maverick and Raul were patient and thorough with their work. Thanks to their team, I feel safe in my home again—and that peace of mind is truly priceless.

When I came home one Sunday evening I found water all over the Floor and part of the ceiling had come down. Eco Clean Hawaii was able to be there within a few hours. Brought blowers etc to dry the ceiling and floors. Daily their technician Alex came to check on the status. He worked with my schedule and was very polite. Alex, Raul, and Maverick took really good care of us when we had a leak under our kitchen sink. They communicated effectively and were punctual every time. They had professional opinions and provided exceptional service. Thankfully it was a small job, but even if the job was really big I would expect the same professionalism and results. Thanks guys for taking care of us!
