We had a 2 hour tour in Central Park. Andrew was a pleasant friendly guide, filled with so much information about the locations, and very enthusiastic about sharing her love of cinema. We would recommend pedicab, nice way to explore locations. Very interesting.
I have hired people for private city tours all over North America and through Asia. We have always enjoyed the personal attention and like connecting with someone local. Tom was a great host. He knew a lot about Central Park, knew the inside scoop on what we were looking at and had an interesting story wherever we were...and he is a fascinating character on his own! Our party of 6 (which included our 91 and 92 year old parents) took a 1 hour Pedi cab tour of Central Park. Our drivers were Timyr and Denis. Our 2 Pedi cabs stayed together the entire time. The tour was fun and informative and our guides were a delight. They drove safely and took us to many Central Park sights, describing what we saw as they peddled. Cannot ever describe how truly amazing our guide was on Sunday! Armen Matveev (sp) was a knowledgeable, funny, enthusiastic, informative, creative, wonderful, caring and truly magnificent guide! A person of love, life and laughter and someone I cannot use enough superlatives to even come close to describing!
