Christine helped us coordinate all the food and bartenders for our wedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone without question. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and open about the whole process. We opted for a taco bar and got glowing approval from our Mexican family. Bartenders were absolutely on top of it, especially considering the large guest count, and were extremely accommodating to our guests. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
We cannot say enough amazing things about EcoCaters! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with and played such a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable. EcoCaters made our wedding such a memorable experience! We worked with Christine throughout the entire process. She made things so easy for us, gave great recommendations, was transparent, and put up with all of our nitpicking! On our big day, we had so many compliments on the food! amazing company and am saddened that multiple people of one party three months ago gave a 1 start with the same story… this company strives to let ALL guests eat, if not everyone has stepped-up to get their food, of course a catering company isn’t going to give extra food to others. Before seconds begin. Definitely great food and service and skill the people who wrote the same message worded differently must not have known the rules to serving all guests first. Adding a five star forsure!
