I was shocked to learn that this catering company was closed by the health department in May. Nonetheless, they appear to still be accepting new catering bookings and soliciting new business which is extremely unethical and very concerning. Knowing there were serious enough issues to warrant an over a month long shutdown makes it impossible for me to trust them with any business. DO YOUR RESEARCH...DO NOT HIRE!!!

I was surprised to see a notice posted on the front door stating that this business had been ordered closed by the health department on May 11, 2026. Seeing the official closure notice for myself raised serious concerns about safety, compliance, transparency, and customer trust. I would expect a business in this situation to clearly communicate its status to potential customers. Eco Caterers was phenomenal from start to finish. We did a tasting with my parents before the wedding, and every single item we tried was delicious. In fact, narrowing down our menu was one of the hardest parts because there weren't any bad choices. We ultimately chose the taco catering package, and it was a huge hit. Christine helped us coordinate all the food and bartenders for our wedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone without question. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and open about the whole process. We opted for a taco bar and got glowing approval from our Mexican family. Bartenders were absolutely on top of it, especially considering the large guest count, and were extremely accommodating to our guests. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
