The 72 hour guarantee isn’t true they want to talk around the fact that you don’t like the and left me very disappointed in the service received I just wanted a nice simple carpet clean in carpet that was not even very dirty. Just needed a touch cleaning but still the manager didn’t understand this and wanted to give me all these solutions on why it’s not up to my standard of cleaning I probably could rent a carpet cleaner and clean my carpet better than how it was cleaned.

Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. He removed all the pet stains and deodorized the carpets, leaving everything looking and smelling amazing. The whole process was quick, professional, and super effective. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch carpet cleaning, especially for pet-friendly homes!
