The 72 hour guarantee isn’t true they want to talk around the fact that you don’t like the and left me very disappointed in the service received I just wanted a nice simple carpet clean in carpet that was not even very dirty. Just needed a touch cleaning but still the manager didn’t understand this and wanted to give me all these solutions on why it’s not up to my standard of cleaning I probably could rent a carpet cleaner and clean my carpet better than how it was cleaned.
