While the company prefers a subscription service, I had no issues getting them out for a one time service. Part of my lease required tick and flea services at move out. At just under $200, the service was quick and painless. Christopher was our technician, pleasant, and efficient.
I have reached out to Eco-Care on a couple of occasions to deal with a pest management issue. I found Erich to be both knowledgable and professional. Their technicians arrived on time and were very thorough. I recently called them as I thought I had a problem. Erich asked me to send him a few pictures and after studying them confirmed that this had nothing to do with pests and made good suggestions on whet I might do to address it.
