I have purchased a Gift Card from them. Last 3 times I’ve tried to use it the wash machine has been broken and not working so I have had to go to washman and buy another wash. Very disappointing service from Eco car wash. I drive out of my way to use them and they don’t work. Not happy time to go somewhere else. Don’t seem like they care . ☹️
Kiara is awesome. Unfortunately my card was declined and it made it so she had to reset her system. She said she did not have the over-ride code and had called requesting it. As we waited, she was extremely professional letting the people behind me know and offering for them to use the vacuum first. The situation was unfortunate due to the fact that a simple declined card caused the entire system to be shut down. I am sure this happens frequently. Changing my review from 5 stars to 3, for 2 reasons: 1, Their running discount has gone from in-person, to online only. That means they are collecting personal information to provide a discount. Companies collecting personal info is a bit discussing, because the only reason to collect personal info is to sell your info. They didn't do this before, since you could get a discount when buying multiple car washes in person, without giving them any info, before.
