The car wash is good but they really need to update their payment cards so I can use my prepaid card. The free vacuum is always a good thing.
I have been coming to this car was for years and have always had a good experience until about 6 months ago which is when everything went down hill. I purchased a prepaid gift card for six premium washes and every time I have come in over the last 6 months they say the system is down and they can't accept it. I chatted with the employee and they said the only way to use it is to get a manager approval but the manager won't approve the use or give the employee the code to override the system and use the card. Didn’t even want a car wash. I’m just used to having complementary vacuums scrubber started pulling off side panel and air dryer did the final blow and ripped it off. Keep in mind this panel was completely secured and on there. Was told by the employee that any claim would be futile as they don’t do any car out of warranty.
