Their sensors malfunction, the owner/rep does not respond to complaints. DO NOT go there unless you want your car damaged with no recourse.
This place has gone way down hill since Eli left! They rush you into making a choice and then are rude and pushy. Owner isn’t any better.
When I saw that there was a newly remodeled Eco Carwash a block away from a Washman Car Wash I decided to give them a try. On Sunday 8/24/2025 at around 3:30 pm I decided to give them a try. The first in on my was the Eco Car Wash. I looked around a couple times to make sure it was open since there was no cars that I could see. That should have been a red flag. Amazing service and nice staff, the Tuesday afternoon employee was extremely nice and welcoming, and the vacuums work better than any car wash vacuum I’ve used. Thanks!!!
2 of the 4 vacuums don’t work, the two that did people were using for over 15 minutes and thought it was ok to detail their wheels, tires, clean their glass.
