Connie reached out quickly to assuage my concerns. She gave me reassuring and valuable information as well as next steps to take. I was very appreciative of her responsiveness. Connie also told me to call back if I was unable to find a beekeeper locally that would be willing to remove the hive. In this day and age where nobody calls you back, it was very refreshing to feel I had someone in my corner.
