Wonderful recent experience. Connie responded within minutes to a message I left for her and arranged a tech to come to the house for bee removal within a few days. Turns out the problem wasn't quite what I supposed it was, but felt good nonetheless putting it in the hands of a pro. Very efficient, professional operation.
