Tino is a good technician. He's hardworking and responsible.
I just had my carpets and upholstery cleaned by this fantastic company. Rhonda was very knowledgeable & helpful in describing the company & services. Lucio was my technician. He’s very sweet and a hard worker. When he was done, he had me check his work. This is an incredible company and the staff are top notch. I now have a new carpet/upholstery cleaning company. Thank you so much!!!!
I had a really bad experience with Eco-Bay Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. The service was not up to the standard they promised. The technician arrived late and didn’t seem very professional or attentive to detail. The cleaning was uneven and some spots were still clearly visible after the job was done. When I tried to reach out about it, the response was slow and not helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
