They will waste your time, so if you need a company that can actually complete your job, look elsewhere. They were super aggressive about booking my dryer vent cleaning job, but then cancel days later just before the appointment because they don't think they're able to complete the job. Mind you, I provided all the information, including a picture of the space in the original intake.
Another great experience with Eco Attic. We had rats spend the winter in our crawl space and chew the insulation on our ducts, causing condensation and then water damage. Eww. Eco Attic diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and our heat pump is working again. And they’re super nice people.
My neighbor recommended eco attic so I called them to fix my existing ladder to fit flush with the ceiling. ( It needed a new spring). I was told they could not replace springs and it needed a new ladder. It started with the salesman not supplying invoices and not responsive to calls and then the work being substandard.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Eco Attic on our project! From the very first phone call, the owner, Ricardo, was incredibly informative and professional. He broke everything down clearly, letting me know exactly what the project would entail from start to finish. There were no surprises, just high-quality, efficient work. My experience with Eduardo has been extremely concerning. In my opinion, his behavior is unprofessional, erratic, and unacceptable for someone dealing directly with people. I do not feel he handles situations responsibly or with basic accountability. Based on my personal experience with Eduardo, I would not recommend Eco Attic Systems.
