Eco Air NW was great! our furnace broke down, and they sent a guy the same day, got it diagnosed, and replaced the whole furnace the next day. Easy process, clean install, happy customer. thanks.
I strongly recommend Eco Air NW. I have an old Seattle home that was remodeled and extended but still relies primarily on the original ductwork. As a result, I have a few hot pockets as my furnace can only pump out heat in a few places, but it needs to be enough to service the entire house. I had just replaced my gas furnace about a year prior, but even after multiple attempts at calibration, it still sounded like being on the tarmac at Seatac whenever it kicked in. That was a pleasant experience. Eco Air NW installed three indoor units and an outdoor compressor ductless heat pump to heat and cool our home. On time. On budget. Friendly.
Be very wary of this company. They promote a very cheap hvac/furnace tune-up, but then they come out and talk trash about your existing unit and try to sell you a new one. They even shut ours down and so we had to have another company come out to re-light the pilot light and put everything back together. I would find a more honest company to do business with.
Cindie, Steven, Gene, Evan and Gabe all made a great team effort getting my new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installed at my house! I will definitely be reaching out with any future hvac needs.
