Service call was efficient professional and quickly identified a problem and a solution that will actually save me money in the long run.
Eco air had a Great system of communication in terms of setting up the appointment and sending email reminder. Also good communicating in terms of billing. When I called, I asked if they serviced Milton since they were located in Danville. They said yes, but failed to say that there was $100 charge associated with servicing Milton. I was not happy to see that on the bill. The other thing that was not ideal was the technician attempted to find a leak in the system, but was not able to find it using the leak test.
