I have called many companies to see if someone can come out and fix my ac mini split in my RV. Some companies say they will fix but not in rvs. I explained to another company the evening before what it needed. So,when they came out they said they won’t touch it. A/C quit working sometime when we were sleeping Sun night. Called EcoAir first thing Monday morning. Matthew made a miserable experience frustration free and promptly fixed the issue. Fast, friendly, affordable service. Thank you 😊
Technicians Lionel and Anderson insulated my attic and cleaned all the supply and return ductwork. Throughtout the entire process each was courteous, friendly and very professional. They worked together efficiently and made a point to clean up all debris. If Eco Air were to do work in my house again, I would ask they send Lionel and Anderson to do it.
I always appreciate Matthew’s knowledge of HVAC systems and his communication! Seems like Eco Air is always available when I call, which is huge for me. I also appreciate Charlie’s communication and honesty. Five stars all the way!
