A lot of department's
I would leave zero stars for making appointments by phone. I waitied an hour on hold to reschedule an appoinment to be hung up on. They need to do better. At the very least the app should let you reschedule appoinments.
I would give this place 0 stars. The wait time for these people to pick up the phone is beyond ridiculous. Tried calling the one day waited 2 hours then the answering service says office is closed. Called the next day at 8am and still had to wait a couple hours just to cancel an appointment for a friend of mine. Thank God my Dr.s aren't at ECMC.
I have had nothing but the best help from the doctors and nurses at ecmc Internal Medicine. I would highly recommend this place
They don't even deserve one star.
