I woke up with nothing but extra appreciation for ECMC as a whole. Health care workers are some of the most under appreciated humans on earth. The amount of net positive impact you bring far out weighs any silly Google review section. I'm sorry on behalf of all the insufferable people throughout the day who you then give all of your best to make better. wait time in the er is impossibly long. front desk and security have ZERO problem screaming at people and wrestling them even when the patient isn't doing anything other than trying to sleep because they are so ill and they're no place to sit or lay that's "appropriate". they will make you walk even with a leg injury and obvious pain. in other departments i have had staff refuse to answer or explain things, shoving papers in my face, but refusing me the paperwork i asked for. 3 times i have gone to the front desk as directed... read more
Ridiculous they employ an ER NURSE with this ideology. Nurses are supposed to be compassionate and value all life. DO BETTER
No communication, patients waiting for hours in pain. Terrible service.
