I went in to the emergency room for a nose bleed that wouldn’t stop bleeding, my ENT told me to go to the emergency room because I lost a lot of blood. I waited seven hours and was one of the last people in the ER, the staff was very negative and continued to tell us the ENT will be here soon, I have never seen a medical center managed so poorly, staff eating pizza and pop while checking in, their hands not clean and pizza dripping on the paperwork. My left ring finger was lacerated on a miter last September 2025. It near totally healed by early December. After ride to Olean we Waited 10 hours, patiently. At 5:00 am A young doctor deftly sewed it, gave a pain script, and we drove home. By December & 4-5 visits to UB Orthopedics, Dr Josh Jones and PA Frank, in Orchard Park, I could grip things and press guitar frets. Key: nature heals distal(end) if bone not cut.
