I would give 6 stars if I could. Today I got the opportunity to be seen by Dr.Liao and Tanaka. They both deserve 10/10.
Very rude people; impossible to make an appointment I called at 8:15. The lady told me I should've called at 8 o'clock. I've been trying for four business days now. They just don't care about people. Supposed to be an emergency place and you can't make an emergency appointment. Place is a total failure.
When I called to get an appointment I explained my whole situation and what I was coming in for I needed an oral surgeon. They set me up with an appointment that took me waiting over a month to come to. I came in I didn't wait long in the waiting room, but was put into the exam room and waited over an hour for a dentist to see me. the poor hygienist apologized to me several times saying that she didn't have a dentist assigned to her, so she just had to get one when they were available.
