The worst, absolutely disaster. Guys if you need peaceful life, don’t trust this company. Don’t buy any property if ECM is handling. This company shall shut down.
One star is way too generous for this Company. One of the mangers is absolutely vile to talk to and dismissive. Still waiting on a plan to fix my leaky basement during very heavy rain ,reported over a year ago. Among the complaints listed by others. If I was buying a property managed by ecm I would pass ....Run away
Dealing with ECM Strata has been a really frustrating experience. They rarely reply to emails, never pick up the phone, and take forever to handle even simple issues. It honestly feels like they don’t care about the buildings they manage or the people living in them. If you’re thinking about hiring them, don’t. And if they already manage your place, I feel your pain.
I would not recommend this company. Emails are never replied to. If you try calling the office they direct you to send an email which they then fail to reply to. Questionable storage of secure financial information has also been raised as an issue with this company.
