My experience with ECM has been great. The staff have been very friendly and polite. They have been very prompt in their responses, highly recommended.

Just a terrible company. I sold my townhouse managed by ECM and they’re still taking strata payments out of my bank. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. When I finally got ahold of them they said it’ll take a month or so to return my money. Nobody actually works in the office anymore they either are working from home or on vacation. They said they would call me back and nothing for days on end and then I called them back to find out what’s going on and they leave me on hold for ever. DON’T USE THEM !!!!!!!
