hate to even give you one star BUYER BE WARE !!!!!! I HAVE TRIED FOR SIX WEEKS TO CONTACT THIS PEOPLE through the ebay store they have . Will not return any messages. This has a life time warranty. what a joke . After they get your money and send you the ecm that it , you are on your on. The ford dealership sent codes and i sent them the codes last time i could get them to respond to us . lost that money!!!! Spend the extra and get a good company that will stand behind what they say. never us this bunch of cons
Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a rebuild of my ecm with a lifetime warranty. As soon as I could get into the ford dealership it is not connecting. I’ve contacted them tons of time sent over all documentation. Basically I’ve lost my money they will not respond. Spend the extra 40 and go with a decent company
Helped me to fix my issue related to hard start when its cold weather
I trusted ECM guru and paid $269 to have my ecu unit checked out and repaired. They stated nothing was wrong with it but 2 capacitors which they supposedly replaced. After receiving the unit back, my car, a 1976 Porsche 914 had the same issue. I sent the supposedly repaired unit to Auto Atlanta and they tested on a restored car which then had the same issue as my car. I purchased a used unit and the car ran great as soon as it was installed. ECM Guru refused to acknowledge that the unit was bad when they sent it back to me. ... read more
