We had a great experience with ECM Gems! Carly custom designed my husband’s wedding band and delivered EXACTLY what he envisioned. She did a consultation by phone to get his thoughts on fit and style. The entire process was seamless and Carly was awesome to work with! Carly always delivers such beautiful pieces! She helped me pick the perfect engagement ring, helped us design meaningful wedding bands and has helped us celebrate the birth of our son. We most recently ordered a Morse code necklace with our son’s initials and couldn’t be happier. My wife loves that it is sparkly but not overstated so that she can wear this special piece every day.
We went through Carly to start the process of creating my now fiancée’s engagement ring. She did an absolutely amazing job of making the whole process as seamless and easy as possible. From the consultation to picking out the stone, she makes sure to capture everything you want/need and we couldn’t be more happy. Don’t forget to ask for her 4-legged assistant Miss Molly, she’s the fluffiest and sweetest helper we’ve met.
Carly took the vision of making a feminine TCU class ring and knocked it out of the park. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was so open to ideas and customization, like alternating with amethysts to add some pops of purple. It’s exactly what I wanted - simple yet elegant. Incredibly thankful for her creativity and being so fun and wonderful to work with! I’ll cherish it forever.
