Don't do business with these people, sent ecm in for repairs. Took a month, have sent it back 2 times, each time had to pay more. Still doesn't work, it will not program. Total scam
An update. ECM FRAM emailed me back asking for a copy of the invoice for our new ECM and the tech report. At that time Patricia was told that we had to turn in the old ECM or we would be charged a core. So, what does she do. Offers to fix the old ECM again, knowing full well we did not have it anymore. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB. These people are scam artists.
I wish I had read the reviews before sending my ECM for repair. It came back in the same non working condition it was sent in. My mechanic plugged in a brand new one, and the truck started right up. Now I am trying to get my $900 back. So far they have not returned phone calls, nor answered emails. They have messed with the wrong person, because I will pursue every avenue available.
I sent my Ecm to this guys back in October got it back work 2 days paid tow send it back over night took two weeks to get it back this time did not work at all Chris promise an exchange changed his mind after 1500 plus my core and anew Ecm did a complaint true Bbb ready to go to sue this guys are THE WORST COMPANY DON WASTE YOUR MONNEY STAY AWAY
This is the worst bunch of people I have seen in a long time. Had an ecm repaired 4 and a half months ago and they want to charge me again to test their failed unit. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. After the first repair I installed the ecm and truck still would not run. No there is an ecm problem due to their half ass solder job it cost me $1100 tow bill and a new ecm. Stay away.. FAR AWAY
They don't deserve 1 star the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life trying to charge me for something that they said they repaired the first time but now saying its a new problem the bus ran before I sent it in and now i haven't been able to start it because the ecm will not send signal to the injectors... the money they want me to spend I could have bought a new ECM and had money left over trying to say the bad reviews are from there competitors. ..WOW this placed is a joke and they will steal your money ... don't... read more
I would not recommend this company based on my experience so far. Am currently in negotiations over work quality issue. Paid for repair service. Hooked up repaired unit and the truck would not start or run. Has major internal short and blows fuse immediately. Sent it back and they are claiming we damaged it worse than how it came down. At least the truck ran before they fixed it. Kind of hard to do when it blows the fuse when you turn the key. I am hoping for a good outcome but not holding my breath.
