TLDR; untrustworthy billing practices. I requested help installing a wire for my dishwasher (work I've had done at multiple other properties before). Over email they confirmed they did 30 mins of work, but charged me for 2 hours. Their explanation: they sent two electricians to hook up one wire for the dishwasher and then charged 30 mins of travel time for each.
