Dr. Mark Mayberry is very gentle and very thorough. However, the new Opticon machine was a very frustrating experience. Dr. Mark wanted more views of the outside edges of both eyes, so I had to do the machine again. In order to get the outside views, I had to look into the little hole with the blue/green/red lights at an angle. Then, the attendant said I was blinking when the light turned green. I have been going to eclipse vision for more than 20 years and have always had great service. Martin made merry he is excellent and his staff provides great service.
Dr. Maybury is very kind and thorough, and his Staff goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need.
I have been a patient for over 20 years! I have found Mark to be TOP NOTCH. His staff are all excellent workers that go well beyond what is expected just to make sure you are satisfied. I myself had glasses come back with the wrong prescription. I could not even see out of them. But you cannot blame that on the staff!!! Those prescriptions go out to an independent company which Mark keeps close tabs on them. But the staff also jumped right on the problem and went way above what was expected just to make sure I was satisfied!... read more

Since your visit in 2012, we have made some changes to our staff members including bringing on the doctor's daughter as an office manager.
