You can tell that Rachael knows what she is doing. She left me with confidence and assured me that she is an available resource whenever I need help. Rachael gave me lots of time and stayed until I was comfortable. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Rachael knew the power chair inside out and was very capable with all the mechanics of the chair. I loved her ability to program and adjust the chair to my every need. I highly recommend Rachael if you’re trying to obtain a power chair.
Wow! I have absolutely loved working with Rachel from Eclipse! She is compassionate, empathetic, she made sure that everything was absolutely perfect! She kept me informed, answered all my questions, patiently taught me how to put together and take apart my new wheelchair.
