I had such a great experience with Rachael and Eclipse. I can't believe how fast the turnaround time was, and Rachael kept me posted through the whole thing. She really made the instructions and information accessible to me when showing me how to use my new chair, and was cognizant of my energy limits and symptoms. I truly feel like she cares about my safety, comfort, and quality of life, and she is fun and easy to talk to besides. I feel confident being a new wheelchair user with Rachael on my care team. I had a good first impression of this company but they totally fail at finishing a job or even doing what they promised to do. I have broken parts on my shower/commode chair that Eclipse never ordered and replaced. I was measured for a manual wheelchair that they knew I wanted to buy with my own money but Eclipse will not let me but a new chair, with cash, because I am a veteran. They won't order me a chair or fix the ones I have.

Hello eclipse mobity: This is a tribute and Giant Thank you to and for Rachael Erekson-- you certainly have an Angel amongst you on your team . First she was very instrumental in realizing our daughter's needs for a new electric chair and then she helped ensure that our daughter would receive the chair of her needs.
