We had the absolute best experience working with Rachael at Eclipse. She is exceptional at her job. This is our fifth experience ordering a new wheelchair. Working with Rachael was far and away the best we’ve had. She is super knowledgeable about the products and understands how important a good fit is for the wheelchair user. Eclipse Mobility is an awesome 5-company. I had an older power wheelchair that needed repair. I couldn't find anyone that would even look at it for me. Landon at Eclipse told me to bring it in and they would look at it. They assessed what the problem was, and then found that they could not get the defective part because the chair was so old. They went out and found a used part and got me back in business!! Once in a while I run into a business that is solid gold. Eclipse Mobility is solid gold!!! Trust them!!
