A month after changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star, because they never repaired the chair, and I am still waiting. They say have been unable to order the right parts but it's been a long time. The company does not respond to my emals and I can't talk to them on the phone. I am paralyzed from a broken neck and the armrest came off of my bathroom chair but I am in a Veterans Home and can't fix it myself.
Absolutely amazing! They made the process so easy and very personable. Racheal was always keeping in contact and went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The personnel were very kind when I came to the office. Brad was awesome and expeditiously helped us as Eclipse Mobility made it possible for my child to get a new Wheelchair when another DME wouldn't take what Medicare was offering. Thank you!

Brad Hamrick is just AWESOME to deal with!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the power wheelchair that was the right fit for me! He was also very helpful with making sure my old chair would remain serviceable until the new one could be ordered. Brad is very kind and patient as well as being compassionate. He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough! And I love my chair!!!❤️
