Dr. Hayes didn’t just treat me he saved my life. When I first walked into Dr. Hayes’ office, I was at the lowest point of my life. Sent my labs out of state without my consent and tried to charge me out of pocket because my insurance is based in Oklahoma where my services were based. Still have collections chasing me over charges that were never authorized. Then deleted my original review. Shady pill mill. Do not recommend. Update 12/11/2025 Called and refused me my right to my public health records with not even an apology
I see people complaining about the computer assessments. That's to see where your at mentally. If your capable or have physiological problems that can be found within the tests. Now they're no longer being given and I think they should be given. If you're taking anxiety medication, these tests can tell if it's lowering your train of thought or IQ. Great phone etiquette.
Good luck seeing a dr. By the time you have completed the enormous amount of tasks involved maybe you might see a nurse or someone else. They are running people through here like cattle. I guess that’s why it’s so hard to see a dr considering he is doing this in other state/s . My last appt I went to see the “dr” I had something Very important to talk about regarding my medication.
