Pill mill. Brenda is a Clinical Nurse Specialist, an obsolete advanced practice nurse. She is not licensed or qualified to be doing therapy and whether or not she is competent enough to be a prescribing physician is up for debate. She over prescribes stimulant to adults with a known history of amphetamine abuse, it frightens me that she works with children.
