Recommendedthis place is very good. first time order at 2am in troy the buns are amazing burgers on point chicken too.. salad very leafy and fresh very well too. I reccomend this place and will order again soon from here. God bless
Ordered to Dragonmead through grub hub. Order was received and verified within a few monutes. Over 30 minutes outside the maximum delivery window it finally showed up after calling. Order was not correct, burgers were hot red in the center (under cooked), cold, greasy, and left a lot to be desired. Considering over $60 was spent, a lot more was expected. Find anywhere else to go other than here.

Rudest service I have ever experienced. They were too busy yelling at each other and fighting amongst themselves to even greet us. Took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. Orders wrong and completely didn't even give us an order of sweet potato fries. Never going back.

The food is good, but the customer service isn't. I did not receive my complete order and they wouldn't make it right.

Good burger, crispy sweet potato fries were a revelation; only ones in the place, but took a while to get our food. Out of things, messy. No ambiance to speak of, explains why most people were getting carryout. A little pricey, but worth the 75 cent up charge for sweet potato fries.

Food was over 25 minutes late. It came wet and soggy. Just awful. Called the restaurant, talked to the manager, who said he would do not do anything. Bad food. Bad customer service.
