This company installed awnings on the WRONG HOME. It has been 7 months and they have not fixed the issue. The owners are absolutely furious and this company keeps tailing us along saying it will be fixed in a couple weeks, every couple of weeks. BUYERS BEWARE: despicable company with despicable owners. DO NOT USE.
We recently purchased new awnings from Elclipse and they were great to work with. They checked in with phone calls and also sent emails to keep us updated with our purchase. The awnings are beautiful and the installation was professional, efficient, and everyone in the process was exceptionally kind. A great place to purchase awnings-I highly recommend them.
Dan came out and showed us different options for our new awning. Very friendly and informative. So many colors and patterns to choose from. The awning was installed a week ago, and we absolutely love it. Our deck is so much cooler and more enjoyable. Thank you Dan!
Great people, and very helpful even well after the original install. They installed a new awning for us over our front porch about 18 months or so ago, and I recently wanted to have the awning gutter extended because of how the water was hitting a newly painted iron railing. They were out in one day with a new longer awning gutter. On top of that, our back porch had been newly rebuilt and widened somewhat and that gutter was now spilling water onto the 1x6 railing.
