I purchase this Awning less then a year ago. I contacted the owner and he was really rude. I asked if it could be replaced and taken down due to safety reason he told me to find someone to take down like a Son, man of some sort. He said Thera is no warranty and nothing he could do with no care in the world. When purchase I dealt with a woman working their very polite . He was very rude . Worst experience . I paid the company a lot of money.

i needed 2 rusted out Awnings Rods replaced underneath my metal Awning on the front picture window on the first floor , i found Eclipse Awnings from a Google search and called them , and i sent a picture as i was instructed to by the gentleman on the phone, and he called right back after receiving the picture , and told me the price and ways for payment ( i chose currency exchange money order ) and put the payment into the mailbox opening on the front door on 9/ 25/ 2025 , and they came today 9/27 / 2025 at 9:20 AM , and wer... read more

This company installed awnings on the WRONG HOME. It has been 7 months and they have not fixed the issue. The owners are absolutely furious and this company keeps tailing us along saying it will be fixed in a couple weeks, every couple of weeks. BUYERS BEWARE: despicable company with despicable owners. DO NOT USE.
