Maintenance requests are completed quickly, Robert is friendly and efficient!
I lived at Eclipse for four years and had a terrific time. All of the property managers I worked with during my time there were helpful and responsive, especially Matt! I have nothing but positive things to say about how Robert and Fernando handled maintenance requests. Everyone really went out of their way to make living at Eclipse a good experience. That is increasingly hard to come by in Richmond. Highly recommend living here!
Great apartments in an unbeatable location. Management and maintenance are very prompt and professional, Olivia was instrumental throughout the entire process.
