I've seen this stylist twice now at Eclipse. On first visit, she colored my gray hair and even though I asked for a trim, she didn't cut my hair and then left my hair wet and charged me $90. On my 2nd visit, she colored my hair and really struggled cutting my layers. I asked for a trim again and she proceeded to chop my layers straight across my head. My hair looks horrible. Worst hair cut I've ever had. Won't be back to Eclipse again.
