Kait did a fantastic job transforming my hair into exactly what I asked for. I showed her a photo of how I like my color, and she made it perfect — honestly even better than what I’ve gotten in the past. The cut was great, the balayage was beautiful, and she really listened to every detail I mentioned. The color was blended beautifully and the cut framed my face perfectly. Let me open this review by stating the two stylists I had the pleasure to work with are good -- I have no issues with the actual work they perform. However, today, I got to experience just how unprofessional the front desk staff (or management) was. I scheduled a hair appointment for Friday the 15th of August from 1:30pm till the end of the day (it takes a while). Because of that, I had to take an entire day of leave from work, move things on my schedule to the next week, and reschedule a class (which cost me money and time)... read more
I had my appointment scheduled for weeks to get my ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS done a week after. I talked with the stylist prior saying they could work on my hair and get my to the point I wanted to get to and her *Boss*? or whoever she was decided to make her way into our conversation and pretty much tell my stylist not do do a service on my hair. Therefore, my stylist, being the nicest person she is, was pressed by the other lady to not do it.
