Just got a delivery of a beautiful arrangement. The flowers are gorgeous, and the lady who delivered them to my house was very nice, calling me to confirm that she had left the arrangement at my front door. I am very happy with this delivery! Thanks to the Eclectic Florist!

I didn't expect my floral delivery to a loved one be left outside in forty degree weather. She is home bound and they didn't even call her when she didn't hear the knock. Instead they left it outside in 40 degree weather next to a trash can. The next day when I reached out the owner she gave a bulleted summary of the events that happened in regards to this delivery. Beware… I would recommend Studley’s florist in Rochester over this place… I couldn’t make it to the phone when they called at 12:01 to make sure I was gonna be home to receive the flowers. I called at 12:02 to let them know. I was gonna be home, I had to leave an VM. I then called again at around 12:50 just to make sure they had the right address, left another voicemail to confirm my address and let them know what car would be in the driveway so they knew they had the right house . I could copy and paste a similar review below. This florist took a week to deliver my flowers to someone who just lost their dad. A WEEK!! She couldn't find the address for some reason but also wasn't using Google maps either. Then she wouldn't deliver them because no one was home, fine, it's cold, I get it. But you have to deliver later than 3pm if thats the case. The man I'm dating ordered a sunflower arrangement for me because they are my favorite flower. Instead they provided yellow lilies which was fine with me until I sent him a picture and he said they were the wrong flowers. He called and they said they would remake the arrangement and delivered it the next day. They did, but with yellow daisies. I love the flowers and it was the thought that counts but I feel bad for my man since he felt the need to say sorry for their screw-ups. Recommend Studley's in Rochester instead.
