The absolute worst and least competent real estate “professional” I’ve ever worked with. He used 3 year old comps after the greatest real estate bull run even though there were more recent comps. Just terrible at his job should be forced through remedial training

Edward Clark of EClark Group Appraisals, Inc. was the appraiser hired by Third Federal to appraise our home for a refi. To my amazement, I was in total shock to learn of his appraised value. Mr. Clark is absolutely clueless about what he is doing. I provided a CMA collected from the MLS section of the DABR Website. I had factual proof, based on my neighborhood, of what homes that are 4Bd, 3Ba, over 3500sf have sold for in the last 4 months in my neighborhood alone (average price $517K). Throughout our 11 years in business we have only publicly complained about one other business we came in contact with. The property manager embezzled approximately $15,000 from our company and left us no choice. Currently, we are obligated to make the public aware of Mr. Edward E. Clark's, EClark Group Appraisals, lack of understanding of real estate economics in the Dayton, OH market.
