Sandwiches are stupendously good, made with his bread. His pastries like the St Jean are wonderful. Definitely more than eclairs.
My search for the perfect croissant in NY ended at Eclair. Made me feel like I was in Paris again. I had two on the go and got a hazelnut eclair which survived a plane ride back to London and still tasted fresh on day 2. Glad I haven't got this bakery on my doorstep or I would be in so much trouble...
