I have known Harris for over 15 years and he was my go to restaurant consultant whether it was a real estate deal with a triple net lease or a kitchen (and an owner) that needed a fresh outlook. I could also trust him. He was going to do a deep dive on the numbers and root out the waste and come back to us with a recommendation on how to direct our grant funds. And just a plain old good guy.
