My dearest of friends, Mike Fadely, he was my wifes Dad. Was given the best of care from the beings that work here, they made him comfortable, and it takes a special being to work there. Very welcoming and professional staff.
Moving our loved one to this facility was an unexpected nightmare. They were transported on a weekend. Had it not been for the transport driver we would have never located our family member at the facility. The center was absent of staff. Our loved one was in pain. There was very little comfort care offered or provided. We were told multiple times that this doctor or this social worker or some other person would be contacting us. Never happened.
