Had a great burger at happy hour with a couple of decently spiked dirty shirleys for a good price! I live across the street so I'm glad we have a good bar to go to within walking distance! Thanks for the good service and welcoming atmosphere. +Adrianna
So disappointed in this place and it is going downhill fast. We follow a band that has played there a couple times, 1st about 3 months ago and again last night. 3 months ago was a wee bit better but not good, wont go into those details. Last night we got there at 7:30 and there was a ton of open space and the few tables were already taken. We found a large table on the back wall which we got booted off of at 9:00 because one of the bands was setting it up as a merch table. First time there and will be back. Had a great time.
Great bands last night! 3 stars just for that. I don't usually post about my bad experiences, I just don't go back, but after 3 visits to the Spur, I stood at the bar again tonight, (because I couldn't find a server) for 15 min for a $12 drink. I didn't think I wore my invisible cloak! When I finally got the attention of a bar tender she acted like she was being interrupted. If y'all are going to be proud of your booze, shouldn't you be proud of the service?

Ken Morris, Simon and company are hospital hosts to say the least. But I got to say the real surprise is how amazing the food is… No joke. Good portions, good prices and good presentation to boot!🤘🏻🤖🤘🏻
Went there Friday to see my friends band. Bands were great but the SERVICE AND THE BARTENDERS SUCK ASSSSSS. I CAN GO HOME AND DRINK WATER COMPARED TO THE SHIT WE WERE SERVED. PEOPLE PAY YOUR BUDWEISER TAB SO WE DONT HAVE TO DRINK PEE WATER(coors light). Yea this placed sucked but the bands were awesome. That’s the only thing We liked, besides meeting my beautiful friend there. Sorry Spur, bands were great but the service, bartenders and waitresses suck!!!!!!!! Renee, We apologize you had a bad experience. We are working very hard to improve our staff at the venue as well as the atmosphere. Unfortunately we did run out of Bud on Fridays show, this is something we will make sure does not happen again. What shots were you drinking that night? As they are never watered down and we want to make sure you have a great experience next time you come to visit us. The Asian girl bartender (that works weekends only) really makes this a great place to hang out at. She is very friendly and attentive to everyone there making sure they are served quickly and correctly. Did I also mention she is a hottie? Also, Simon is always there overseeing the place and engaging with the customers to make sure they are in good shape. For an owner, that is quite remarkable.
