I work for an Engineering firm and i contacted Ecklin HVAC about 6 months ago to investigate the issues with the AC units. Mr. Jon came out and was able to diagnose the issue. He installed a new unit without a problem. I have had no problems calling him back for minor issues, he has returned all my calls and emails promptly. I would definitely recommend this company. If Jon Ecklin is still in business, please do not hire him. My husband and I used Ecklin Air to replace our complete HVAC system in April 2013. When the heat was used for the first time in December 2013, it didn't work. Even though Jon had guaranteed us 3 year labor warranty (in addition to the 10 year manufacturer warranty), he didn't bother returning calls to inspect what was wrong/find out why the new furnace he installed wasn't working or fix the system.
