I hit a pole with my bike rack and it bent the mechanism that makes it fold down. In my attempt to avoid buying a new bike rack, I reached out to Eckerts. They were able to quickly bend the bent metal piece slightly and my bike rack worked perfectly. There was no charge and I was more than grateful they were able to help. Highly recommend this company. They have great customer service and clearly went out of their way to help me in a pinch.
Very helpful and pleasant getting the small parts I needed.
They installed trailer breaks for $800 and messed up the wiring. My truck died every other day due to drained battery. I now have to pay $700 somewhere else to get this fixed.
I have had both my RV/tow car here plus adding a hitch to my Honda Civic Sport. The Civic Sport was hard because of the single exhaust.
