Horrible experience with the service department. I have been taking my 2021 palisade here for the complimentary maintenance i received when i purchased my vehicle here. Today 12/20/23 i took my palisade here for the same thing, tire rotation and oil change, the service advisor just took my keys and said we will call you when it is ready. When i returned, they surprised me with a 123.00 charge. I tried to explain that no one told me that i was no longer getting my complimentary maintenance.
