Terrible. I won't come this place again even I live in Denton.
It is extremely rare out of all of the reviews that I have given a company that I give it a one star, but this one deserves a one-star or a zero in my opinion....Run.....don't walk away from this place! They have the worst customer service at their service center dept that I've ever seen of a dealership. What kind of dealership tells you to take it to O'Reilly and hook it up and let them tell you what's wrong with it so that I don't waste their time??? This was after I already had an appointment set up for them to check it??... read more
Went to a service center and they said it will take 4 days to fix my gas cap... so I came here, and they completed the job in less than 2 hours. I will always come to this location for service from now on. Really nice people too.

Five stars for Eckert Hyundai! My Santa Fe’s AC was fixed quickly under warranty. After having bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, I was a bit nervous, but choosing this service center was the best decision. BIG Thanks to Chad!
